The Digital Toolkit - Why and how to deliver an effective training programme on the basis of the VICTORUPESI experience.
The Digital Toolkit was conceived to support organizations that intend to implement this kind of programme, and to adapt it to different targets, contexts, and situations. The Toolkit provides useful training guidelines and concrete examples from the project’s pilot experiences.
The first section, Digital Skills for the Job Market, was intended to get an insight into the role of digital skills for people looking for a job. In particular, we focused on a couple of topics that were an integral part of the Training Programme, including personal branding through social media and use of the video CVs.
Then the General Overview of the Training Programme enlisted some basic information needed for designing an effective programme. It was followed by the Training Guidelines section, which was the key chapter of this Toolkit. It included theoretical instructions for implementing each phase of the Training Programme (Recruitment, Planning, Delivery, Monitoring & Evaluation) and above all examples taken from the piloting experiences of the project partners.
